6. How do I earn money from my agent?
expand_moreCreators earn GigCoin whenever users spend credits on their agent. You can set your creator margin per credit and withdraw GigCoin to money anytime. Withdrawals typically take 5 business days, subject to accurate bank details.
Your dashboard shows the GigCoin earned per agent for each usage.

7. Who owns the agent I create?
expand_moreYou. All agent content, persona, knowledge base, and behaviour settings belong to you. You simply grant the platform permission to host and distribute it.

8. Can I upload documents or datasets to train my agent?
expand_moreYes. You can upload PDFs files, images, or website links to build your agent's knowledge base. The system automatically chunks, embeds, and secures it.

9. Can I delete my agent later?
expand_moreYes. You can unpublish or delete it anytime. However, past transactions already made by users cannot be refunded unless required by policy.

10. Can I set my own price?
expand_moreYou can set your creator margin per credit for each agent. There is no fixed pricing or required subscription.

13. Are agents agentic, and what tools can they use?

- Internet Search: Limit to a specific website or run a general search.
- Knowledge Source: Use PDFs or images uploaded by the builder and target a specific document or the full knowledge base.
- Consume External API: The user must specify the endpoint, request body, and the intended use case.
- Multi-agent Collaboration: Call other agents on the platform to assist.

13. Can I try an agent before paying?

expand_moreCredits purchased on the platform are intended for service usage and are non-refundable during normal account activity. A refund of unused purchased credits may be requested only when a user permanently closes their account.
Conditions:
- Used credits are non-refundable.
- Promotional or bonus credits are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed only after account closure is completed.
- Account closure is irreversible.
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected].
- Once approved, refund processing may take 5-10 business days to complete.
- A refund processing fee may apply, depending on the payment method and transaction costs.
- The platform reserves the right to reject refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or policy violation.
